뭐야, 이거?

노동부를 고용노동부로 바꾼다는데, 그래서 뭐 어쩐다는 건데?

어제의 대화

그 때에 회계사 친구 가로되, 구글의 주가는 현재의 비지니스로는 도저히 설명이 불가능하다고 하더라. 이에 가로되, 그렇지 않아도 구글이 말아먹은 사업분야도 많지 아니하냐 물으니 다시 친구가 대꾸되, 그 만큼을 새로 만드노라고 하거늘 다시금 가로되, 그렇다면 실로 구글의 비지니스 모델은 폰지(ponzi) 모델이 아니더냐고 하였다.

오늘의 역사: 야당의 역습

결국 올 것이 왔습니다. 법관들이 지탄을 하자 스스로 물러난다고 하고서는 눌러앉았던, 식언을 밥먹듯 하는 행정부 어느 고위 공직자분과도 같은 행태를 보이던 사법부의 고위 공직자에 대해서 입법부가 견제를 본격화 하였습니다. 사법부는 입법부에 대한 견제를 제대로 하지 않았는데, 입법부는 얄짤없이 공격이 들어가는군요.

그 결정이 합리적이 되려면 어떤 목표를 상정해야 하나?

정운찬 총리의 정치적 자산은 시작부터 이렇게 동이 나고 있다. 세종시 문제로 이미 고향인 충청권에서는 역적이 되어있다고도 하고, 그게 아니더라도 이명박 대통령의 대국민 총알받이 역할로 기용되었고, 그렇게 끝날 것이 분명해 보인다. 아무리 봐도 손해나는 짓이고, 얼마 안 가서는 재기불능지경에 이를 것 같은 저 짓을 왜 하는 걸까?

분명히 이 모든 것을 예상하고 그럼에도 불구하고, 또는 그것을 목적으로 총리직을 수락했을 것이다. 그리고 정 총리 정도의 학력과 경력으로 볼 때, 그것이 비합리성을 가지고 이루어진 결정이 아니라고 보아야 할 것이다. 그렇다면 이 모든 부정적인 요인들을 합리화 해 줄 수 있는 목표, 이 이해하기 힘든 결정이 합리적일 수 있도록 해 주는 정운찬 총리 개인의 목표는 무엇일까?

별일 없을것 같지요?

신종플루라는게 기껏해야 독감이니 무슨 둠스데이에 나오는 리퍼 바이러스나 에볼라 바이러스처럼 사람이 떼로 죽어넘어가지는 않을테니 까짓거 별 문제 없겠거니 하고 있는지 모르겠는데, 이대로 가다간 조만간에 사회적 혼란을 일으킬 것이 자명하다. 무슨 말인고 하니, 수능때까지 신종플루 문제가 해결되지 않으면 당장 수능을 치루는데 문제가 생길 수 있다는 얘기다.

신종플루 문제가 불거진 이후로 예비군 훈련장에서 조차도 체온을 재고 열이 있다 싶으면 돌려보내고 있는 요즈음이다. 수능시험과 같은 국가고시라고 별다르겠는가? 전염병의 근절을 위해서라면 감염자의 격리가 필요할테고, 그렇다면 감염이 의심되는 수험자에게 규제를 가하지 않을 수 없게 된다. 문제는 당사자들이 그걸 받아들이겠는가 하는 것.

물론 지금과 같은 불감증적 행태가 이어져서 그냥 무시하고 넘어간다면 모를 일이기는 하다. 일단 조만간 있을 국가고시인 교원임용고시부터 지켜봐야겠다. 별 대책 없이 그냥 진행할 것 같기는 하다. 그래도 되겠는가와는 또 다른 문제지만.

Regarding the entrepreneurial firm as anidiosyncratic asset among co-founders

If some two individuals make a relationship, their relationship itself can be anidiosyncratic asset between two relational-actors. But even the governancemechanism -relationship as an idiosyncratic asset- can be contaminated by one'sopportunistic behavior. This occurs especially because of asymmetry ofemotional investment of that relationship which turns into emotional failingcost or grief at the point of broken up.

So, there is even stronger governance mechanism for a relationship. This isabout building an idiosyncratic asset as a legal entity; marriage. But even so,there are also opportunistic behaviors so that deceiving and cheating ones'spouse is prevailing!

Starting new enterprise is similar to marriage if an entrepreneur starts upwith one or more partners. Like marriage for husband-wife relationship, theentrepreneurial firm they co-founded is an idiosyncratic asset for theentrepreneurial partners. And like as marriage, there are so many way to deceivingpartners for opportunistic behavior. So, just like a marriage, there are twodestinations for this opportunistic-behavior-driven partnership; beingterminated or being as exploitation.

If an entrepreneurial partnership is terminated, the entrepreneurial firm couldalso be terminated or at least jeopardized which means business failure. Thenegative impact of terminating a partnership is especially crucial at theinitial stage of a firm. This news makes the entrepreneurial firm hard to raisingfund and the opportunistic partner can establish a competing business with thesame market opportunity and knowledge which means the isolatemechanisms are failing and harming economical rent of initiallyestablished entrepreneurial firm. (Alvares & Barney, 2004)

At this moment, there works the persistence mechanisms (Shepherd et al., 2009)in the entrepreneur's mind. In this mechanism, the more invested in their entrepreneurialfirm -financially and emotionally-, the weaker in this game and of course the weakercannot control the stronger so that the weaker can do nothing but allowinghis/her partner's opportunistic behavior. Thus,

Proposition 1. The morefinancially invested an entrepreneur in their entrepreneurial firm, the moreexposed to partners' opportunistic behaviors.

Proposition 2. The moreemotionally invested an entrepreneur in their entrepreneurial firm, the moreexposed to partners' opportunistic behaviors.

In the context of entrepreneurial theory of the firm, an entrepreneurial firmis works as a place holder of entrepreneurial rent until the specific rentturns into quasi-rent so that entrepreneurs can make appropriation andnegotiation for rent appropriation would be on-going and repeated activitiesfollowing the firm's growing stages. (Alvarez, 2007) So, rent propositionprocess could be influenced by power games among co-founding entrepreneurs.Thus;


Proposition 3. The morefinancially invested an entrepreneur in their entrepreneurial firm, the lessappropriate from the entrepreneurial firm created rent.

I acknowledge that my understanding of TEC especially about the opportunisticbehavior is insufficient so that use the term as it was a synonymof agency problem. Maybe more readingin this subject would help solve that problem.

경영학 하기를 잘 했다는 생각이 든다.

이건 뭐 헌재가 사법고시 준비하는 사람들을 괴롭히려고 그러는지는 몰라도 무슨 키탈저 사냥꾼의 저주 같은 판결을 내지를 않나, 집권여당은 명색이 자유주의를 지향하는 우파정당이라는게 "조선 민주주의"를 하자고 들지를 않나... 이런걸 어떻게 이해하고 해석하고 시험까지 보겠냐고. (논문은 잘 나오겠네, 써글..)
